Roundtable: Social networks, its advantages, problematics and possibles solutions.

The last 14th of March, My classmates and I had a roundtable in our school, San Angelo. The delegate was Julieth Jimenez, her work was propose the topic and decide who could talk. In the round table we talked about the social networks. The first topic that we discussed was about its disadvantages, many guys agree with we are losing a lot of time in the social networks and that the wasted time we should take advantage and share with our family and friends apart of that we agree with the poor social networks' security it is affecting to the young and the old people, everybody is in risk since the moment that sing up in a social network but obviously that everybody is more interesting in the children security because they are more exposed than the old people. We also discussed about the solutions and we could propose many solutions but the most important about it, is the parental control because some parent control what you clidren do in the intenet and do not allow that they have social network or their own devices but other parent don't take care about they are doing on Internet. We were thinking that if you dont let they a lot of time alone using internet you have more control because if you realized all of the crimes related with the children using internet or social networks have in common that they gives a lot of personal information and talk with strangers, it's obviously that if they would have had a parental supervition, those crimes would never have happened. After we talked about the children in the social network, Julieth decided to talked about the advantages and all of us agree with that they help us to communicate between many people that be close or far.

In clonclution we said that the social networks could have privacy and security but the most important is the parental supervition because in this way we could avoid more crimes. Also we realized that the most dangerous social network to the children is youtube because many people share sexual videos in the cartoons then when the children is watching cartoon videos could appear sexual videos.

Hi-All

I would like that my social network would  be like Whatsapp and Snapchat because Whatsapp is easier and faster to use and Snapchat haves a excelent privacy. My social network would not let to takes a screenshot or if someone takes it, you would received an advice. You would view contents about the things you are interest in for it, is necessary that you choose which subjects you are interested in when you sing up in Hi-All. Obviously if one of your friends, share or comment on something it will be appear to you. Also it would have the option to choose who might view the last time that you was online and if you already read the message. You would have a profile photo and status. You might have memories, share it with your friends and they could comment and like it.

Apart you also could configure an agenda and how many time do you want to use the app. It will send you an advice of the things that you have to do in the moment, where do you have to be or reminders. The app will not stop working only show or advice you how much time have you use it but you decide use or not.

In a specific part of the social network you could view a lot of pictures shared of everybody, you could search about how types of photos you want to look. In the home of this part you would find photos with most views, likes and shared. In this part you also choose about which themes you want to find the pics and depend of your choice the photos will be appear to you.

My Biography

I'm Valentina Herrera. I was born on December 3th, 2001 in Bogota, Colombia. I'm 15 years.

I study in San Angelo School in 10th grade. When I get my degree,I would like to study in London, United States or Canada because  have looked for Medicine in Colombia and I found that the best choice is study that career in other country and I like this idea because I would like be independent. I would like to work for buy and pay my own things, I would to learn more English and it will be a challenge for me because I would have to look how I`m going to communicate with the other people,, have good grades and work for my things but my biggest dream is became to be the best doctor and make that my family be proud of me but I also want to be proud of myself.

I'm not sure about studying medicine, I have thought in studying this career since I was a baby but a few years ago I discovered that I like system engineering. The both career are totally different but the both call my attention. In a year I have to make a choice between those careers.

About my family, I live with my parents, their names are Nelson and Claudia, also with my brothers: Daniel that is 22 years and Santiago that is 16 years. We have two dogs: Milly and Poker.
Milly is with us since 2012 and Poker since 2014 because we had other dog before Poker, His name was Romeo but a Golden Retriever dog killed him in 2013 and Milly would have died without Romeo but now She and Poker are still together since 2014.
